Dr. Dawn McClellan graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1990. From 1990-1992 she was a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Services stationed in North Dakota. Here she lived on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation providing dental services to Chippewa Indians. She volunteered in a hospital in Kenya, Africa for 6 months in 1993. From 1993-1995 Dr. McClellan completed the specialty program in pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State University. From 1995-1997 she practiced pediatric dentistry in Saudi Arabia. She moved to Las Vegas in 1998 and entered private practice.
In 2001 Dr. McClellan co-founded Dental Care International. DCI is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides primary dental care and oral health education in underserved parts of the world. In 2005, Dr. McClellan opened a safety net clinic in Las Vegas. The clinic primarily serves those who have no other access to dental care and does not refuse treatment to children due to their inability to pay for services. Since its inception, DCI has provided over $5,000,000 in charitable dental services.
Since 1987 Dr. McClellan has traveled to all 7 continents and 75 countries. Dentistry has taken her from an AIDS orphanage in the Bahamas to young soldiers caught in a civil war in Somalia, from children born in refugee camps in Sri Lanka to forgotten urban poor in the ghettos of India, and from isolated tribes in rural western Kenya to the deserts of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. McClellan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Nevada Dental Association, and the Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Davis grew up in Dallas, Texas and completed his undergraduate work in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University. An avid aviator since high school, Dr. Davis eventually left the airline industry, and graduated from the University of Nevada, School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, Dr. Davis completed a residency, in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He received his certificate in Orthodontics and Denotofacial Orthopedics and a Masters of Science in Oral Biology.
Dr. Davis is Board eligible with the American Board of Orthodontists and maintains active membership in the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society or Orthodontists, the Southern Nevada Dental Society and the American Dental Association. He volunteers on the Cleft Lip/Palate and Craniofacial Team at Southern Nevada Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Clinic.
Dr. Davis is an avid aviator and wakeboarder. You will usually find him hiking, riding quads and motorcycles with his family, and spending time outdoors. He currently resides in Las Vegas with his family.
-Board Certified Pediatric Dentist Dr. Renalie Manuel grew up in San Francisco, CA. She earned her dental degree from New York University in 2006 and completed her specialty in pediatric dentistry at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2011. Dr. Manuel, a kid at heart, practiced general dentistry for a short time, before realizing her dream of becoming a pediatric dentist. Dr. Manuel is Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Manuel relocated to Las Vegas in 2011 with her family. When not at work, Dr. Manuel loves to spend time with her hyperactive but adorable 3 year old son.
Dr. Bibiana Ezeanolue-Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Bibiana Ezeanolue earned her dental degree at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine in 2009 and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon; a National Dental Honor Society upon graduation. She then proceeded to the Children’s Hospital ofMichigan in Detroit where she completed an additional two years of PostGraduate training in the Pediatric Dentistry Residency Specialty Program in 2011. Dr. Ezeanolue is experienced in treating infants throughadolescents including those with special needs using a variety of behavioral,pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic modalities including but not limited to inoffice nitrous oxide analgesia, oral conscious sedation and general anesthesiain the operating room.
She is a board certified pediatric dentist and a member of both the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Nevada Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She very much enjoys spending time with her husband andthree kids and her hobbies include traveling, reading and movies.
